When you walk out of the front door and onto the road, you can see the water. This video lets you get a picture of how close the water is to this house - literally two minutes walk to the sand.

Emerald beach is between three and four minutes walk from the front door. It is patrolled in the summer months and has terrific BBQ facilities. Opposite the beach is a really good restaurant and art gallery.

This beach can not be seen from the house, but is the closest beach. It picks up less surf than the other two beaches and is ideal for a young family. The sand is literally two hundred metres from the front door.

This is the beach that can be seen from the balcony. It picks up a terrific surf. This video was taken between Christmas and New Year 2007. It's obviously a popular spot with surfers, but with the added advantage of not being too crowded. This beach is four minutes walk from the front door.

This house is the third last property before a nature reserve. It has an amazing view of the mountains behind and the beach. It is private and peaceful.

Third Floor


This very large room has huge storage space and an amazing view.	The storage space is a walk in wardobe large enough to fit another double bed.


The large living room has soft and comfortable carpets.	From the living room you also get the view of the beach and the large glass doors overlooking the national park and mountain range.

The kitchen opens out to the dining area and living room. It has a terrific view of the national park. This large practical kitchen, with wooden floor makes entertaining easy in this open plan environment.	A gas cooker with plenty of storage space in this large kitchen.

The main bedroom has built in wardrobes, and an on-suite bathroom.	The on-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower.

Another bathroom with a powerful shower for the kids, ideal for coming in from the beach.	A toilet and wash basin.

Bedroom number two on the 2nd floor is large enough to fit another double bed.	There are also built in wardrobes in this bedroom.


The large laundry has room for a large clothes washer and drier. It also comes with a laundry shoot.	This practical shower and toilet is ideal for another bathroom when you come back from the beach.

This large room at the back of the house overlooks the national park.	It has more than enough room for another bedroom, another lounge room with TV or a games room.

The room above opens out onto the back yard and garden.	A large double garage open up to the side of the house.

Emerald Beach is 15 minutes drive North of Coffs Harbour.

It is an ideal location if you work in the Coffs Harbour area.

Simply drive North along the Pacific Highway and you will come to the turn off for Emerald Beach.

This secluded haven is the ideal place to raise a family.

Emerald Beach boasts two fine restaurants, both within walking distance. There is a corner shop for those items you need when you don't want to go into Coffs. Emerald beach has terrific BBQ facilities. There is an abundance of wildlife with kangaroos less than two hundred metres away.

This walk is literaly 200 metres from the front door. There is an abundance of wildlife in the National Park and Ocean. Whales can be seen off the coast in this area while you go for a walk amongst the Kangaroos. The path around the headland is paved and you could push a pram if you wanted.	Wild life this close.
	If you have a young family, this is the ideal place to bring them up. You don't have the hassle of the city, although its fifteen minutes away if you need it.
